My moms’ scrapbook room

My mother always was an unusual woman. She had a scrapbook room where she would just collect all sorts of things. She had a wall for me to put things on, and was always saying, “Scrapbook your wall”. I thought it was silly at first, but I figured out why she loved it when I actually tried it.

I ended up putting decals all over my wall. Soon afterwards, I had loose-leaf binders full of plans on how I was going to design the wall next. It was crazy. One time, I even collected bumper stickers for a year and covered my wall in them.

It was a great bonding experience with my mother. I sometimes feel bad for judging her and her scrapbook room. It really was fun.
