Loose leaf binders with warning and caution decals are the rave this year

I went into the Jr. High last week and seen so many kids with loose leaf binders warning and caution decals. At first I thought the loose leaf binders with the warning and caution decals were for a specific class since I seen so many. But I asked one of the students and they said they were just for fun and a lot of kids even stencil things on the loose leaf binders also. I looked at many of the loose leaf binders and some of these kids are really creative with the stencil art they have come up with. I have to give them credit as most of them seemed to have spent a lot of time decorating the loose leaf binders with warning and caution decals along with stencil art.
